Asking questions such as ‘how have your UKAS assessment costs changed over the past three years?’, ‘Are you satisfied that UKAS invoices provide sufficient justification for the charges applied?’ and ‘Would you have expected to see a reduction in UKAS Assessment time as a consequence of remote assessments over the past two years?’, the findings also provide comments related to the answers.
