Following the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020, the UK Government has the freedom to design a new domestic subsidy control regime that reflects its strategic interests and particular national circumstances. The Government has now launched a public Consultation which can be found HERE. We would encourage members to respond to the consultation as it will impact the range and scale of Government subsidy available to you for many years to come.
