Bowers Group is hosting a Metrology Open Day with the University of Wolverhampton Racing (UWR) Team.
Taking place on 5 March at the University of Wolverhampton Telford Campus, the event will feature hands-on workshops, live demonstrations of connected metrology solutions, exclusive previews of innovative measurement technologies, networking opportunities with industry experts and tours of the university’s engineering facilities. Attendees will have the chance to experience the latest advancements in precision measurement technology and gain valuable insights into the field of metrology.
One key highlight of the event will be the official unveiling of Bowers Group’s new Figura contour and roundness measurement machines. These devices offer fast and accurate surface and dimensional analysis.
Guests will see how students and staff prepare for competitive motorsport events and network with Bowers Group experts and the UWR racing team. The event will also feature some entertaining elements, including a racing simulator competition with prizes and exploration of the newly upgraded mobile metrology showroom.
