BMTA interacts with DIUS at various levels. DIUS manages the Government’s relations with BSI and sponsors UKAS under a Memorandum of Understanding.
BMTA has membership representation on the Government Liaison Working Group (GLWG) which brings together representatives of DIUS, GAMBICA, Institute of Measurement & Control, NPL, GTMA and the Worshipful Company of Scientific Instrument Makers.
